Kevin D. Monroe, B.A., M.A., is the founder and Managing Partner of X Factor Consulting, LLC. X Factor Consulting is a marketing and management firm that builds, strengthens, and grows leaders and organizations for greater impact. Since 2002, he has served as a consultant to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

He works with a broad range of nonprofit organizations across the country helping them identify and implement best practices of organizational and leadership development in extremely practical ways. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers’ Association and speaks at numerous regional and national conferences on a variety of key topics for nonprofit leaders. Kevin is an avid observer of leadership and its impact on organizations. He authors two monthly newsletters, Sustainability Strategies and Great Grassroots Governance, for nonprofit leaders.


Gregg Pawlowski’s passion is to equip ministry leaders to fully fund their mission for greater kingdom impact. He’s worked with organizations across the country to increase their fundraising capacity, helping to raise millions of dollars to increase their effectiveness. As a fundraising coach, consultant, trainer and speaker, he specializes in fundraising and leadership development, having served scores of successful leaders in the non-profit and for profit sectors. His diverse background is a blend of over 30 years of non-profit and business executive leadership experience, leading organizations to higher performance. Combining his passion and experience with being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he is uniquely qualified to help leaders and their organizations achieve accelerated fundraising results. He served as the Executive Director of The Dove Children’s Hospital Movie Channel, reaching over 1.0 million hospitalized children annually. Gregg is also a leadership coach with UGA’s Terry College of Business M.B.A. program.


Rachel Spears is the Executive Director of Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, an organization that provides free legal assistance to nonprofits that serve low-income individuals and that cannot afford a lawyer, Rachel advises eligible nonprofits and matches them with specialized attorney volunteers who can help address the organization’s legal needs. Since taking on its first client in September 2005, Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta has matched over 670 nonprofit clients with about 2000 attorney volunteers.


Jack McGinnis
I am a CPA at Brooks, McGinnis & Company, LLC, and currently serve as the firm’s Managing Partner. My client services include a variety of professional services and including consulting, accounting, auditing and tax services to individuals, small and medium sized businesses, as well as to nonprofit clients such as churches, schools, charities, membership organizations and a variety of other nonprofits. My particular areas of expertise for nonprofit organizations include financial audits, board governance issues, fraud prevention training, internal control reviews, budget monitoring, GAAP for nonprofits, and unrelated business income tax issues. My passion lies in helping my clients find solutions to their business and organization’s tax, financial and economic challenges.


Don Stormo Founder, Owner and CEO of MarketPros has been helping both small business owners and non-profit organizations across the country to build a solid online presence through creative and proven website, social media marketing, ecommerce and search engine optimization methodologies since 2006. Previously, Don has been involved with technology since his youth when the first home PC was introduced by IBM where his dad worked. Don evolved his skills in both Marketing and technology through teaching clients how to use these tools effectively in growing their companies and charitable organizations.
