Recently read an interesting blog post by Sara Leonard on the impact of handwritten notes on donor care. Her point is that your letter is more likely to be opened if it is hand addressed, because it will stand out.
Using this idea, she suggests that you make a list of your donors, and each week write a note to some of those donors, with a goal of a note to each donor each year. Sounds like an interesting challenge that could have a real impact.
